9GiantSteps discusses ways in which creative people can more productively and efficiently create and build passionate constituencies.
My name is George Howard. I’m a musician, producer, educator, and writer. I teach in the College of Business at Loyola University, New Orleans, and online for Berklee Media.
I run a firm called RockandRoller Advising.
I’ve started (Slow River), run (Rykodisc), and am fortunate to have been (and still be) a part of a number of music and media ventures (Wolfgang’s Vault, Daytrotter, TuneCore).
I’ve written two books on the music business, and am the executive editor for Artists House Music.
The best way to keep up with me is to follow me on Twitter.

Please note: Any and all mp3 files are up for a short period of time. The intention of these mp3 files is to encourage you to buy music and support artists. If, however, for legal reasons you’d like me to take a song down, please contact me, and I’ll pull them down.
